Warren Ross is a long-time resident of Upland. He was the original president when the Our Town Upland, Inc organization was born in the early 1990′s. At that time, he led the return of the historic Upland depot and the building of the Depot Park and the community park and sports complex. He is currently a very successful Realtor in the Upland area and is a member of the Upland Town Council.
Charity grew up in a military family and spent years along the east coast before meeting her husband at Asbury University in Wilmore Kentucky where she earned a B. A. in psychology. She and her family moved to Upland in August 2013 when her husband took a job with Taylor University. Charity has three children with her husband, Steve.
Charity is the Director of Business Development and Operations at the Grant County Economic Growth Council in Marion. She leads the Growth Council’s talent development initiatives, manages all Growth Council general operations and assists with program and event development. In addition to Our Town Upland, Charity is on the Board of Directors for Kiddie Kampus Preschool and attends church and volunteers at Upland United Methodist Church. She also serves on the Main Street Marion Redevelopment Committee. Charity is a graduate of LEAD Grant County and Ball State’s Building Better Communities.

Sarah is originally from Van Buren but has lived in Upland for almost 6 years. She and her husband, Dereck, have two children. She graduated from Eastbrook High School and has a degree in Accounting. Sarah has been with Mutual Bank for almost 5 years and helps customers with their mortgage and consumer loan needs.
